Return and Refund Policy — Comfeya
Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Comfeya website.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return of our compression socks, the following conditions must all be met:
- ·The product must be new, unused, unwashed and in its original undamaged packaging.
- ·All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- ·Proof of purchase will be required (invoice or order number).
Due to the hygienic nature of compression socks, any item that has been worn, washed, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only considered when:
- ·The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- ·The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
- ·The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all components included.
- ·Hygiene-sensitive items (such as socks) must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@comfeya.co with the following:
- ·Your order number
- ·A description of the issue
- ·Video of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- ·Your full name and delivery address
Please do not send any items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer both refunds and exchanges, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible — you may instead request a return if your order meets the eligibility criteria above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- ·Worn or washed items
- ·Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened
- ·Items returned without prior authorization from Comfeya
Non-Delivery
If your order never arrived, please contact us at contact@comfeya.co. We will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If the parcel cannot be located, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement order.
Return Address
The appropriate return address will be provided in your return authorization email. Please do not send packages to our sender address.
