Thank you for shopping with Comfeya. We offer free shipping on all orders, delivered with care and transparency through our international fulfilment partners.


Shipping Times

We currently ship to 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days

In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to high demand or courier delays. Every order includes tracking and full support until it reaches your door. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are prepared at the start of the following week.


Delivery Issues

If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, or if your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at contact@comfeya.co with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier immediately. We recommend checking with neighbours, household members, and safe places before reaching out.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we may request supporting evidence. Once verified, we'll ship a replacement at no additional cost. All claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
